Guidelines, resources and training

The Queensland Rehabilitation Clinical Network goal-setting guidelines and resources have been developed to use with rehabilitation consumers. The guideline helps clinicians and teams to incorporate person-centred goal-setting into their practice and rehabilitation service delivery.

Clinical training

New eLearning course - Goal-setting in rehabilitation

All clinicians working in rehabilitation settings are encouraged to take the Goal-setting in Rehabilitation eLearning course to improve their knowledge and skills in goal-setting within an evidence-informed framework that supports consumer participation. This is a self-paced, four-module course with completion certificates. Consumers may also benefit by increasing their understanding of the goal-setting process.
