Service improvement

We partner with Hospital and Health Services (HHSs), the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS), the Mater and other stakeholders to deliver service improvements and efficiencies across the full spectrum of public healthcare in Queensland.

These improvements assist our HHSs in providing better and timelier care for patients and better workplaces for Queensland Health staff.

We also listen to and engage with our valued consumers, clinicians and staff in delivering these improvements.
