Background

Logan and Beaudesert Hospital undertook a full stack go-live for iEMR.

Solutions Implemented

A senior clinical pharmacist trained in how to utilise the high risk category pharmacist worklist conducted twice daily audits of high risk medications during the formal digital go live.  Post digital go live auditing was conducted once daily. The High Risk Medication Remote Surveillance Pharmacist contributed to the safe implementation of a full stack digital go-live.
