This multidisciplinary rehabilitation program aims to prepare patients for major surgery, ensuring they're as healthy as possible to receive their care; mentally and physically. With a strong focus on high value patient-centred surgical care, it delivers better patient outcomes and can result in cost savings following major abdominal and cardiothoracic surgery.

Each care plan is designed in partnership with the consumer, with the project guided by feedback from patients that have previously accessed the service.
