Nurse Unit Manager and Midwifery Unit Manager (NUM/MUM) Leadership Forums are designed to promote and provide professional development opportunities for these vital leadership roles.

These regular monthly forums are designed to assist NUM/MUMs to better manage increasing demands for their time and expertise and to manage common challenges.

The Office of the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer (OCNMO) coordinate these leadership forums in conjunction with host hospital and health services across Queensland.
