Townsville Hospital and Health Services Career Pathway Framework provides several tools to identify skills and capabilities which will enable staff to establish priorities for future professional growth. This forum will discuss the application of the framework and showcase how an Enrolled Nurse working in Intensive Care has undertaken this.
