Tracy is one of the most forward thinking and inclusive managers in the health environment today. She is so passionate about developing others and helping them be the best clinician and person they can be. She 'leans in ' to what her team needs, facing adversity or adverse outcomes head on and supports her team 110% to pull together to be their best and to know that they are valued every day. From inspirational quotes on bathroom walls, toiletries and little touches to help to lift them up in 'their small' moments to being the face of the department and standing up for the excellence of her team - she just shines. Tracy serves her people and ensures that each and everyone of have the opportunity to connect to their purpose and know they add to and create value in our service, which in turns brings out the best in them. Tracy is a transformational leader - she had great self management, she has the ability to take the right risks and make difficult decisions whilst sharing the organisational vision through to her team. She is inspirational and remains adaptable, taking on change and challenges with a solution focus. Her ability to create a psychological safe environment for her team is often mentioned to me - the sign of a true leader. She leads by example and is known as someone people 'want' to work with. Tracy needs a 'Shout Out' as her leadership, personal drive and positive influence across the service is amazing - and we are lucky to have her.
