Indigenous Cardiac Outreach Program (ICOP) is an intensive culturally sensitive initiative to bridge the gap with the capacity to address chronic diseases. Several evaluations were undertaken to define the progress of the Indigenous Cardiac Outreach Program in addressing the gap of care. In this presentation, Dr Abdul Halim will report on these results including an audit in rheumatic heart disease, investigating the lipid profiles of the ICOP cohort, and diabetes control.
