Following the introduction of a benchmarked model of care and identified service priorities, gaps in youth health outcomes (such as STI rates, teenage pregnancy, risky alcohol consumption etc) were targeted in order to build stronger and healthier communities. This project was a finalist in the 2019 Queensland Health and Department of Health Awards for Excellence.
