Telehandover supports person centred care, provides a higher quality clinical handover, assists patient transfer and enhances inter-facility communications. Telehandover supports the increase of Telehealth inpatient activity and utilised current Telehealth resources. Telehandover is also integrated into pre-existing patient flow pathways.
