The Queensland Sexual Health Clinical Network is open to anyone who wishes to join it.
The network is led by two Co-Chairs and supported by a Steering Committee and a Coordinator. Co-Chair and Steering Committee positions are refreshed every two years through an expression of interest process.
General network membership is open to both Queensland Health and non-Queensland Health staff/persons. The membership is multidisciplinary and consists of (but is not limited to): doctors; nurses; allied health staff; administration officers; other categories of health and support workers, and consumers.
Membership of the network entitles members to attend network events such as forums. Members are invited to be actively involved in network activities via participation in workgroups and via consultation / feedback processes. Members are also invited to self-nominate for Co-Chair or steering committee positions when these positions are up for selection.
