The Improvement Exchange provides a collaborative web based platform where we can all share and promote our projects. The core objectives are to:
- Build a culture of collaboration that enables access to the latest healthcare innovations.
- Develop a high quality showcase of innovative clinical solutions both past and present.
- Celebrate the excellent work that’s happening, promote improvements in healthcare and recognise the commitment and expertise of our people.
- Provide a suite of simple tools that assist healthcare workers to make improvements and foster innovation in their own healthcare setting.
Sharing or updating your project couldn’t be easier. Simply follow the prompts in the online form, press submit and your project will be sent to the improvement exchange support team for review and publication.
